During my 40+ year career, I have become an authority and business consultant on sales and marketing business development issues. My entertaining presentations have made me much in demand as a speaker and seminar leader.  I hold a PHD in Business.

I have taught St. Louis Community Colleges School of Continuing Education and have conducted over 1000 sales and management seminars throughout the United States for INC Magazine.  I have spoken at the United Nations, appeared on television in Los Angeles and spoken on National Public Radio.  I have served as a Director and Vice President of Marketing of three Fortune 500 Companies.  Some of my credentials are as follows:  

As Vice President of Marketing and Sales, I spearheaded Connect America’s successful market expansion into the long distance marketplace that delivered $2 million in incremental revenues in the 2 years after 5 years of decreasing revenues.  

As Director of Marketing, Fine lead XETA Technologies growth, as part of an executive team, from $30 million and 80 employees to $100 million and 400 employees within a three years period.  

As Director of Business Development at Grant Thornton I built an international consulting practice from inception to $500,000 per year consulting fees and a department of 14 consultants.  

As Director of Marketing of a division of General Dynamics spearheaded growth from a $30 million a year 500 employee organization to a $100 million a year 3000 employee organization.  

As President of my own consulting firm (World Telecom Associates Inc) Stan grew his business from $90,000 a year to $250,000 a year within a five year period.
